Vicky OshagbemiChairperson
Vicky has served as a Trustee of The Mindful Partnership since its founding in 2022 and has held the role of Chairperson for the past two years. Introduced to meditation at a young age through traditional Tibetan Buddhist practices, she has maintained a lifelong commitment to mindfulness and its integration into daily life. Her work with The Mindful Partnership reflects her aspiration to share the benefits of these practices with others.
She is currently completing her Mindfulness Teacher Training, having already successfully completed the foundational stages, with the goal of offering her knowledge and experience more directly to the wider community.
Alongside her role in The Mindful Partnership, Vicky works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and is very experienced in working with chronic pain and mental health. Her professional expertise is complemented by formal training in Cranio-Sacral therapy, Pilates, and mindful movement. By weaving together her clinical expertise and mindfulness practice, she brings a unique and valuable combination of skills to both her physiotherapy work and her contribution to The Mindful Partnership.
